Pineapple

Named for its spiky, graphic quality, this traditional pattern is a variation of the easier-to-sew log cabin. The pineapple is a symbol of hospitality--a rare treat served for guests.

172 cm (68”) by 208 cm (82”). Essex yarn-dyed fabrics (55% linen, 45% cotton) on front, wool batting centre (100% wool), printed cotton backing. Quilted by hand. 2021.
