The developers were completing an extensive renovation and were relaunching their property to potential renters. For the model suite, we kept the look simple and contemporary using clean lines and neutral tones, injected with pops of colour. Even though we were working with a basic structure, we wanted to show renters that interest and personality could be added by mixing materials and patterns, as well as with large original artwork and sculptural accents.
